Technology Support Specialist Full Time

We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist for our Support Center in Mount Pleasant, Michigan who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Technology Support Specialists are responsible for entering and editing service requests, assisting with hardware/software/networking needs, documenting processes, performing new user and computer setups, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.

Position has the opportunity to become hybrid after 90 days of in-person training and pending manager approval.

You Have:

Experience in the Windows environment (Microsoft Teams is a plus!)
2-3 years experience troubleshooting PCs, scanners, printers, and accessories
Working knowledge of networking printers and scanners
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask
Proven customer service skills
Strong email and telephone etiquette
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
