There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Are you ready to make a Difference?JOB SUMMARY:The Substance Use Clubhouses at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides a fun and safe environment for youth ages 13 to 18 to hang out, socialize and learn without pressure or the temptations of substance use, and provides comprehensive services to engage youth as well as their families in their recovery.DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans and implements goals and objectives in accordance with the contract, accreditation standards, governing boards, and the DBHDD Provider Manual for daily operations of the SU Clubhouse.
Establish and maintain relationships with other community providers and partners/referral sources.
Develops and implements Clubhouse programming schedule of activities, including outreach activities, educational activities, job readiness skills, parent involvement activities and peer support.
Processes referrals to the program within contract guidelines and orients individuals to the program.
Supervises staff in the program, ensures compliance with programming policies, completes review of documentation, and addresses problems as needed.
Monitors the budget for the program, ensuring revenue covers the needs of the program and funds are used accordingly.
Submits the monthly programmatic report to DBHDD according to contract requirements.
Monitors the clinical outcomes of the program, implementing new therapeutic strategies as needed to improve individuals’ satisfaction and progress towards their goals.
