Vineyard Post Acute is excited to announce openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our growing therapy team! If you are dedicated to helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist OTs with patient treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities

Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team

Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient outcomes

Help patients reach their recovery goals and improve daily living skills

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in California

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome

Compassionate, patient-centered care approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
