Why we’ll love You:

• CPA designation or pursuing a CPA designation is preferred but not essential
• Intermediate level user of MS Office applications, especially Excel; Familiar with QuickBooks Online
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service disposition with a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• High degree of accuracy and keen attention to detail
• Strong technical, analytical skills

Once here, you’ll:

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, adherence to company policy, and ability to work with various accounting programs.

In this role you will assist with:

Performing accounting responsibilities such as but not limited to:

Perform Accounts Receivable Duties

a. Preparing invoices

b. Ensure Client Receivable balances are current

c. Deposit cheques received from client to the bank

d. Perform Aged Receivable review and follow up on outstanding balances
